What it does
Make a long query string easier to work with. Load a URL into a row-by-row editor, change individual parameters, and build a new URL while keeping its path and fragment. Repeated keys stay in order, which is useful for filters and search links.

A few useful details
Will repeated keys be kept?
Yes. Every parameter has its own row. Editing or removing one row does not remove another row with the same name, and order is preserved.
Why can the encoding change?
Parameters are shown as decoded text and rebuilt with standard URL encoding. Spaces may become plus signs and equivalent percent escapes may be normalized. Do not edit signed URLs unless you can regenerate their signature.
Is the URL opened or saved?
No. Editing happens in your browser without fetching the destination. URLs are limited to 8 KiB and 100 parameters; embedded login details and non-HTTP schemes are rejected.
