What it does

Create random version 4 UUIDs for test records, request identifiers, or data fixtures. Choose a count, generate the values in your browser, then copy them or download a text file with one UUID per line.

A few useful details

Which UUID version does this generate?

Version 4 UUIDs, generated using the browser’s crypto.randomUUID API. Each value uses the familiar lowercase, hyphenated UUID format.

Can I generate many UUIDs at once?

Yes. Generate 1–100 values per batch. Results are listed one per line and can be copied or downloaded. Generating again replaces the previous batch; no history is kept.

Are UUIDs guaranteed unique or suitable as passwords?

Random UUIDs have an extremely low collision probability, but uniqueness is not an absolute guarantee. They are identifiers, not passwords or access controls. Generation happens locally and requires HTTPS or another secure browser context.
