What it does
Extract selected pages from a PDF into one new document. Use page numbers, ranges, or a new order such as 3, 1-2. Files are processed locally without uploading them.
Useful when
- Pull one chapter or a few reference pages from a longer document.
- Put scanned pages back into the right order.
- Create a shorter handout from a larger PDF.
How to use it
- Choose one PDF and check its page count.
- Enter the pages to keep, using commas and ranges. Their written order becomes the output order.
- Extract the selected pages and download one PDF.
A few useful details
How do ranges and page order work?
Pages start at 1. Enter 1, 3-5, 2 to keep pages 1, 3, 4, 5, then 2. A descending range such as 5-3 reverses those pages. Repeating a page number includes it again.
Can I preview PDF pages here?
The tool shows the filename, page count, and selected page order. It does not render the source PDF. Use your own PDF viewer to identify pages before selecting them.
What is preserved?
These are plain page copies. Comments, clickable annotations, bookmarks, attachments, signatures, and source document metadata are not preserved. Interactive forms and encrypted PDFs are rejected. Export a flattened copy from your PDF editor if you need completed form values.
What are the limits?
Up to 10 MiB per file and 30 MiB combined. PDF input and output are limited to 200 pages, and downloads to 20 MiB. Each PDF operation has a 20-second processing limit.
